PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

To process payments the Operator uses third-party payment systems. In this case the data necessary to carry out the transaction and identify the User may be transferred to such systems. Confidential payment data (e.g. bank card numbers) is processed directly by the payment systems and is not stored by the Operator.
- In response to lawful requests of state authorities in accordance with the law;
- To protect the legitimate interests of the Administration in case of violations by the User.
6.2. The Administration does not sell data and does not disclose it for advertising purposes to third parties.

7. Cross-Border Transfer and Localization

7.1. Primary collection and storage of databases are carried out on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
7.2. When providing services, data may be transferred outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer) in accordance with the norms of international law and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Protection Measures

8.1. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, copying or distribution.
8.2. In the event of a detected data breach, the Administration notifies Users and the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects within the time limits established by law.

9.1. The User has the right to:

- Demand correction of inaccurate data;
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time;
- Demand deletion of their data, if this does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12. Procedure for Submitting Requests

12.1. To exercise their rights, the User sends a request to the Administration's email: partnership@crazypub.gg.
12.2. For the purposes of data protection and identification of the subject, the request must contain the SteamID64 and information that unambiguously confirms that the sender is the owner of the corresponding account.
12.3. The Administration undertakes to review the request and send a response within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

By placing a mark (a «tick») in the corresponding field on the website crazypub.gg (the «Site»), acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, the User gives consent to Individual Entrepreneur Efim Igorevich Burylov (INN 111100843541, OGRNIP 326110000016787) (the «Operator») to process their data on the following terms:

1. List of data for the processing of which consent is given:

- Steam identifier (SteamID64) and publicly available Steam profile data (nickname, avatar);
- Cookies and other similar tracking technologies (information about preferences, settings, unique session identifiers);

- Messenger data (Discord ID, Telegram ID) - if used for communication.
