USER AGREEMENT FOR «PURCHASED ADMINISTRATION» (CRAZYPUB)

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is an integral part of the Public Offer of the CRAZYPUB project.
1.2. By purchasing a privilege (ADMIN, PRO-ADMIN), the User confirms that they have fully read and unconditionally accepted the terms of:
this Agreement;
the Public Offer (Contract);
the General Project Rules and the Administration Rules.
1.3. In the part not regulated by this Agreement, the provisions of the Public Offer apply.

2. Status and Obligations

2.1. Purchased administration - a category of Users who are privileged players that purchased the ADMIN or PRO-ADMIN privileges in the project shop. This account status provides extended functionality for moderating the gameplay on the project servers. At the same time, the status does not release the User from compliance with the General Project Rules and does not provide immunity from penalties.
2.2. The purchase of a privilege does not establish labor or civil-law relations between the Administration and the User for the provision of services by the User. The purchase of a privilege constitutes an extension of the functionality of the User's personal account.
2.3. The Administrator must:
State the exact and accurate reason for the punishment.
Announce the reason for the punishment or the call for a check in voice chat.
Use for checks only the official files posted on crazypub.gg.
Be present on the project's Discord server; in-game and Discord nicknames must match.
Provide a response to a request from the Senior Administration within 24 hours.

3. Restrictions and Prohibitions

3.1. The Administrator is prohibited from playing around with admin commands, issuing punishments out of personal dislike, public discussion of other administrators' actions, transferring confidential information to third parties, using alt accounts for administration.
3.2. A purchased administrator does not have the right to issue punishments (ban/kick/mute) to other administrators.

4. Penalty System

4.1. For violation of the terms of this Agreement or the project rules, the following sanctions may be applied to the User:
Warning / Reprimand;
Temporary restriction of access to privileges;
Cancellation of status (removal from position) without refund;
Account block and entry into the Administration Blacklist (ABL) or the Project Blacklist (PBL).
4.2. Entry into the Administration Blacklist (ABL) or the Project Blacklist (PBL) is an extreme measure and is carried out on the following grounds:
4.2.1. Grounds for entry into the Administration Blacklist (ABL):
- Multiple violations of the project rules by a User holding the «Purchased administration» status.
- Fraudulent actions committed by the User within their administrative activity.
- «Leaking» admin - abuse of administrative tools expressed in deliberate unjustified mass blocks, kicks or mutes of players.
- Systematic provocation of conflicts, rude communication or violation of ethical norms towards other players or administration (conflict behavior).
- Attempt to transfer privileges to third parties.
4.2.2. Grounds for entry into the Project Blacklist (PBL):
- Fraudulent actions causing damage to the project or other Users.
- Organization of or participation in DDOS attacks on the project's resources (websites, servers).
- Direct or indirect threats to disrupt the operation of the project (website, game servers) or its functionality.
- Unauthorized disclosure of personal data of other Users or the project Administration (personal data leak).
- Multiple and/or especially serious violations of the General Project Rules.
- Biased attitude or targeted actions (persecution, «digging») towards a specific player or administrator with the aim of discrediting them, removing privileges or blocking.

5. Financial Terms and Cancellation

5.1. Upon cancellation of privileges for the User's violation of the project rules or this Agreement:
a refund for the unused period is not made;
the User's violation of the rules is recognized as a material breach of the terms of the Contract, releasing the Administration from the obligation to refund.
5.2. The User's acknowledgment of the fact of a violation in any form (textual, voice) is sufficient grounds for imposing a penalty and does not require additional evidence from the Administration.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract are resolved by the Parties through negotiations.
6.2. A mandatory pre-litigation (pre-trial) dispute settlement procedure is established. Before applying to a court, the User must send a reasoned claim to the email address: partnership@crazypub.gg. The waiting period for a response to the claim is 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of its receipt by the Administration.
6.3. This Contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes not settled in the pre-trial procedure are subject to consideration in the competent court at the Administration's location.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Changes are made by the Administration unilaterally and take effect 7 calendar days after publication on the Site. Continued use of privileges constitutes acceptance of the new version.
7.2. The invalidity of one clause does not entail the invalidity of the entire Agreement.
7.3. Legally significant correspondence is conducted by email.
